淺析船用泵的綠色環保性能

水泵劇(ju)烈震動(dong) 其(qi)原(yuan)因有電(dian)動(dong)轉子不平衡(heng)或聯軸(zhou)器(qi)結合(he)不良,軸(zhou)承磨損(sun)彎曲(qu),轉動(dong)部分零件松動(dong)、破(po)裂,管路支架不牢固等。可分別采取調整、修(xiu)理、加固、校直、更(geng)換等辦法處理。
管路(lu)漏(lou)(lou)水或漏(lou)(lou)氣 可能是(shi)因(yin)為安裝時螺絲(si)帽(mao)(mao)擰得不緊。若(ruo)(ruo)滲漏(lou)(lou)不嚴重(zhong)(zhong),可在漏(lou)(lou)氣或漏(lou)(lou)水的地方涂(tu)抹水泥(ni)、濕泥(ni)或軟肥皂等。若(ruo)(ruo)接頭處漏(lou)(lou)水,則可用手擰緊螺絲(si)帽(mao)(mao)。漏(lou)(lou)水嚴重(zhong)(zhong)的需重(zhong)(zhong)新拆(chai)裝。
填(tian)(tian)料(liao)過熱 多(duo)因填(tian)(tian)料(liao)壓(ya)得(de)太緊(jin)(jin)、冷卻(que)水進(jin)不到填(tian)(tian)料(liao)內(nei)或軸表(biao)面損(sun)壞引起(qi)。可(ke)采取適當(dang)放(fang)松(song)填(tian)(tian)料(liao)、清理封(feng)管(guan)堵塞等措施。填(tian)(tian)料(liao)磨(mo)損(sun)需更換新(xin)的,安(an)裝前需在機油內(nei)浸(jin)透,逐圈(quan)裝入。切(qie)口要錯開,這樣(yang)可(ke)減少漏水。一圈(quan)填(tian)(tian)料(liao)裝好后要裝緊(jin)(jin)壓(ya)蓋,運轉時再調(diao)整松(song)緊(jin)(jin)度。
水(shui)泵不吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)或不排水(shui) 其(qi)原因多為底閥卡死、濾水(shui)部分(fen)淤塞(sai)、吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)高度太高或吸(xi)(xi)水(shui)漏氣(qi),也可能因轉(zhuan)向不對、葉輪流道堵塞(sai)等(deng)造成。通過逐一檢查后,可分(fen)別采取修理(li)底閥、清除淤塞(sai)物、糾正(zheng)轉(zhuan)向、清洗葉輪等(deng)措施進行(xing)處理(li)。
